Lynn is Assistant Attorney Recruiting Director with Crowell & Moring. She has responsibility for law student and associate recruitment and onboarding as well as recruitment systems management (specifically viDesktop). Lynn served on the NALP Board of Directors (2016-18), as Vice-Chair of the Nominating Committee (2021-22), Chair of the Annual Education Conference Planning Committee (2019), Chair of the NDLE/NDLS Advisory Group (2019-2021), Chair of the Recruiting Section (2015-16), member of the 2016 Recruiting Summit Planning Team, Mid-Atlantic Representative on NALP's Nominating Committee (2014-15) and Regional Resource Council (2012-14), as a member of the NDLE Advisory Group (2013-14), and as a member of the Technology Advisory Group (2011-13).
