Jennifer Lucas-Ross is the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development at Morris James LLP, a mid-size multi-service firm in Wilmington, DE. Her role plays an integral part in the onboarding and retention of new legal talent and the creation and implementation of professional development programs for current and future legal talent. Jennifer serves as the Co-Chair of the newly formed NALP Small & Mid-sized Law Firm Interest Group along with Sheryl Roberts. Jennifer reads nearly everything she can get her hands on (often with a cup of coffee in her hand and a cat on her lap), and relishes the opportunities to share what she learns with others, or just chat about interesting books others have read.
