I specialize in talent management and talent acquisition. In my role as the Director of Attorney Hiring for Alston & Bird, an AmLaw 50 law firm with over 800 attorneys, I help to meet the hiring needs of our numerous practice groups through summer associate, entry-level and lateral hiring. I lead a dynamic team of creative professionals who are passionate about sourcing talent, organizational development, integration, and retention.
In addition to talent management, I am passionate about diversity, organizational behavior, learning and development, and emotional intelligence, particularly as it relates to organizational culture, behavior, and retention.
