I am a Recruitment Manager at Baker McKenzie, where I focus on recruiting summer associates and lateral associates in Chicago. I served as a 2021-2022 Co-Chair of the Newer Professionals Section (NPS) and as a Vice Chair for Bulletin Planning of the NPS from 2019-2021, and presented at the 2021 AEC. I have been in legal recruiting since 2016 and have a background in university recruiting and higher education. I previously sat on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Association of Colleges & Employers and have presented at various conferences. I hold a M.S. in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from Concordia University Wisconsin, a B.A. in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and certificates in DE&I in the Workplace and Recruitment Marketing.
