As the Director of Attorney Recruiting at Bass, Berry & Sims, it is a pleasure to work with a talented team of professionals to attract, engage, and retain top talent for our firm. My primary specialty is recruiting lateral associates, and I oversee entry-level recruiting. Before working at Bass, I was a career services officer at the University of Tennessee College of Law and a practicing attorney. I am committed to fostering a culture of belonging, inclusion, and excellence in the legal industry. And whenever I can gather some fun people over a great meal, I am a happy guy!
