Joe has served as the Senior Attorney Recruiting Manager at Bass, Berry & Sims since 2021, where he focuses on lateral associate and staff attorney hiring and assists with other attorney hiring initiatives. Before joining Bass, Joe was a career services officer at the University of Tennessee College of Law and a practicing attorney.
