Friendly reminder from the NALP Small & Mid-Sized Law Firm Interest Group is requesting your assistance. We are asking department heads in law firm recruiting and/or professional development to complete a short survey to assist us in understanding the various staffing structures of small & mid-sized law firm recruiting/PD departments. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. While this survey is focused on the staffing of small and mid-sized law firms, we welcome data from law firms of all sizes to understand the team formations across the private sector and how they compare with one another.
