Bio

I am the Associate Director, Recruitment and Marketing in the Office of Career Services at New York University School of Law. I manage all aspects of employer relations with law firms, corporations, government and public interest organizations that utilize the services of NYU Law's Office of Career Services. In addition, I organize, manage and execute on-campus and off-campus interview programs, recruiting meetings and networking events. I also provide general career counseling to J.D. students.

I previously was an interim career counselor at NYU Law and in the Office of Career Services at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. In this capacity, I provided general legal career counseling to students and alumni, and advised students regarding resume and cover letter drafting, interview preparation, defining professional goals, developing networking skills, and identifying appropriate resources and job search strategies.

Prior to my career in law school career services, I practiced law for seven years as a litigator at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, where I managed teams of diverse attorneys and paralegals during phases of pre-trial, trial, and appellate products liability litigation. As a member of the Diversity Initiatives and Recruiting Committees at Chadbourne, I served as a firm representative, liaison or speaker at job fairs, networking receptions and career showcases directed at diverse student candidates and attorneys.

I am a member of the NALP Experienced Professionals Section. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies at Duke University ('02) and my J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center ('05).
