  • 1.  Recruiting Department Structure

    I'm looking into changing my firm's recruiting department structure (titles, job descriptions, adding bodies, etc.) and am hoping other firms around the same size, will share their departmental make-up.  Our firm currently has 180 attorneys, but I'd like to hear from those with 100 - 250 attorneys. I'm also curious if your firm has CLE coordinators, PD professionals and anyone else who falls under the CLTO umbrella.  Thank you in advance!

    What a great question!  I am happy to discuss and would also love to share your findings with the group in a non-anonymous way.  This is great intel to have, and also helpful towards building out a team in smaller firms.
