    Many of you are likely familiar with Suited, an AI-powered recruiting network currently being used by large law firms to connect with candidates, and especially students. It is a highly-curated, data-driven matching network that works towards long-term success for both the firms and the candidates (https://wellsuited.com/) and you can also reach out directly John Gengo for more information and data (john@wellsuited.com).  We recently held a meeting with Suited and our Group to discuss possibilities for Suited to create a candidate scoring model aimed towards smaller and mid-size firms, which offers the same level of detail and expertise as the current industry-based model, but at a reduced cost.  Please note that this is not a NALP-sponsored collaboration and NALP is only involved so far as allowing us to share information about this opportunity through NALPConnect.

    Below are three Options from Suited, but of particular note is Option 3, which offers a significant discount if the firm participates with Suited in the creation of a specific small and mid-size industry model. To create this model, Suited would need at least 10 firms to sign-up at the reduced rate and have at least 20 of their attorneys take the initial assessment. From that data, Suited would develop an industry model specifically for small and mid-size firms. This is an incredible opportunity to have a student candidate assessment tool created specifically for us.

    Suited has developed an offering and pricing structure that better fits the needs and budgets of smaller firms. In this new era of direct recruiting, it is especially important for small and mid-size firms to vet and hire candidates who are going to succeed, stay, and be a strong fit at their firm.

    Option 1: Firm-Specific Campus Model

    This model requires a minimum of 100 attorneys from a single firm to complete our assessment. It includes comprehensive training and implementation support, a diagnostic review of your current processes, unlimited candidate assessments, access to our Suited Sourced pool of over 3000 public candidates each cycle, a post-cycle analytics presentation, model refreshes, a third-party audit report, and custom linear analyses as requested by our partner firms. This option is priced based on the size of the firm and takes 8 weeks to build.

    Option 2: Current Industry-Based Model

    Built upon data from over 3,000 attorneys from mid- to large-sized firms, this model offers video-based training, unlimited candidate assessments, access to our Suited Sourced pool of over 3,000 public candidates each cycle, and a third-party audit report. The price for this option is a flat base price for firms with 250 attorneys or less. For firms above 250 attorneys, please contact Suited directly to discuss pricing. This model can be activated within 48 hours.

    Option 3: Industry Model Specific to Small to Mid-Sized Firms (250 attorneys or less)

    To develop this model, we need at least 10 firms to each agree to assess a minimum of 20 of their current attorneys. Crucially, we require a range of performers from each firm to enable the AI-models to separate out what differentiates high performers from others specifically at small- to mid-sized firms. This option includes video-based training, unlimited candidate assessments, access to our Suited Sourced pool of over 3,000 public candidates each cycle, and a third-party audit report. We will offer a discounted rate off the Option 2 price for any firm that agrees to assess at least 20 of their attorneys to assist in building the model. This model will take 8 weeks to build once all assessment data has been collected from all committed firms.
