I'm looking for information on conducting 360 reviews. I'd appreciate information about (i) whether you conduct 360 reviews internally or with the help of an outside resource, (ii) particular platforms that you recommend, and (iii) overall experience with successfully going through the 360 review process for different people in your law firms (e.g. managing partner, department chair, administrative manager, etc.).
