I have experience in LL.M. admissions and advising LL.M. candidates on issues related to job search strategies and career planning and externships. I spent several years splitting my time between the Admissions Office and the Office of Graduate Programs as a career advisor in Graduate Career and Professional Development. I obtained my J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where I was a Law Fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Department and the Managing Editor of the American Criminal Law Review. After receiving my J.D., I clerked for a federal judge in Baltimore, Maryland, and then entered the Honors Program at the U.S. Department of Justice, Environmental Enforcement Section, Environment and Natural Resources Division, where I was a Trial Attorney for eight years. I was the Section Chair for the International & Advanced Degree Advising and Recruiting Section for 2016-2017 and 2017-2018.
