Catherine Clement is the Director of Legal Recruiting at K&L Gates LLP. Catherine has worked on a variety of local and Firmwide matters, including 1L pipeline initiatives, summer program planning, law school and search firm relationship development, lateral associate integration and retention issues, and lateral associate and partner hiring.
Prior to her role at K&L Gates, Catherine was an Assistant Director of Career Management at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, advising full-time MBA students on their career strategy in both one-on-one coaching appointments and as a facilitator for programs and workshops on career management topics. Catherine holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from George Washington University.
