Ana Maria Knapp is the International Assignments and Secondment Manager with Hogan Lovells US LLP in Washington, DC where she has responsibility for managing international trainee programs and international LL.M. recruitment and onboarding for the US offices. In addition, she manages both client and interoffice secondments for Hogan Lovells’ US offices.
Ana Maria has been with Hogan Lovells since 1991 and active in recruitment for over 20 years. She has been a member of NALP since 2000 and served as Mid-Atlantic Representative to the Regional Resource Council (2016-2018). She is an active member of her city group WALRAA, having served as co-chair of the Diversity Committee (2015), a member of the Annual Education Conference Planning Committee (2020, 2012) and as a mentor to other WALRAA members.
